These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or these terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in El Paso County, Texas. You and the Company each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in El Paso County, Texas.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises or be permanently barred.
